Four SRZ Deals Selected as Finalists for 2015 International M&A Advisor Awards

Four SRZ deals received a total of 12 finalist nominations for the 2015 International M&A Advisor Awards. The annual awards honor the industry dealmakers who have worked on leading transactions and made significant contributions to the global M&A market. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on April 28 in New York City. The SRZ deals were nominated in the following categories:

• Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $1 Billion)
• Professional Services (B-to-B) Deal of the Year
• Technology, Media, and Telecom Deal of the Year (Over $1 Billion)

Sale of a 55 percent stake in Kokusai Kogyo Co. to Kokusai Kogyo Co.’s founding family

• Cross Border M&A Deal of the Year (Over $1 Billion − $5 Billion)
• Real Estate Deal of the Year

Acquisition of Shenick Network Systems by Aeroflex Holding Corp.

• Cross Border M&A Deal of the Year (Over $25mm − $50mm)
• Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Between $10mm − $50mm)
• Technology, Media, and Telecom Deal of the Year (Over $10mm − $50mm)

Acquisition of QinetiQ Group’s U.S. Services division by Vencore Inc. 

• Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $100mm − $1 Billion)
• Professional Services (B-to-B) Deal of the Year
• Technology, Media, and Telecom Deal of the Year (Over $100mm − $1 Billion)
