Marc Weingarten Named Dealmaker of the Year

SRZ M&A partner Marc Weingarten was named “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer. As co-head of the firm’s shareholder activism practice, Marc has been widely recognized as a go-to adviser who is dominating the field for activist investors. The annual publication noted that Marc acted on some of the fiercest shareholder activism campaigns and proxy contests in the market, making him one of just a handful of lawyers named in the publication “who led the hottest corporate work of the year.”
