Marlin Equity Partners Acquires Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions

SRZ represented Marlin Equity Partners in its acquisition of Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions, a leading provider of advanced threat defense solutions and services, from General Dynamics, an aerospace and defense company. The transaction was announced on April 14 and closed on May 4, 2015. Serving industries including financial services, health care, retail, technology, government and critical infrastructure, Fidelis provides products that detect and prevent initial malware infections as well as the subsequent spread of malware within organizations and its theft of information.
