Pershing Square IPO Shortlisted for IFLR 2015 European Awards

The team that worked on Pershing Square’s IPO has been shortlisted for the “Equity Deal of the Year” at the IFLR 2015 European Awards. SRZ served as U.S. regulatory counsel to Pershing Square on this transaction. The annual awards, presented by the International Financial Law Review, recognize law firms at the forefront of legal innovation and reward deals that break new legal ground and set market precedents. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, April 16, 2015 in London.
