For the fourth consecutive year, Peter J. Halasz, an investment management and business transactions partner in the New York office, has been named one of the Top 10 International Trade & Finance Lawyers in the United States by United States Lawyer Rankings. Peter’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, securities, private equity, international business and investment funds, including the development, placement and management of alternative investment fund products.
