Schulte Advises Caligan Partners, Falcon Edge Capital and Patriot Global Management in Agreement with Knowles Corporation

Schulte advised Caligan Partners LP, Falcon Edge Capital LP and Patriot Global Management LP (“Investors”) in a settlement agreement with Knowles Corporation. As part of the agreement, Knowles Corporation added Steven F. Meyer to its board of directors. Additionally, Knowles Corporation and the Investors will search for an additional, mutually agreed upon director to add to the board in 2020.  

The Schulte team that advised the Investors was led by Ele Klein, partner and co-chair of the firm’s global Shareholder Activism Group. The team also included associates Brandon Gold and Abraham Schwartz and former Schulte lawyer William Tevlin.
