Schulte Advises Marlin Equity Partners in Sale of OnX Enterprise Solutions to Cincinnati Bell Inc.

Schulte advised global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners in its sale of OnX Enterprise Solutions, a provider of technology services and solutions in North America and the United Kingdom, to Cincinnati Bell Inc., a company that provides diversified telecommunications and technology services to residential and business customers in the United States. The transaction was completed in October 2017 and received two “Deal of the Year” awards at the 10th Annual International M&A Advisor Awards.
