Schulte Advises Marlin Equity Partners in Tangoe Inc. Acquisition

Schulte represented Marlin Equity Partners in its acquisition of one of the leading telecom expense management companies, Tangoe Inc. Marlin combined Tangoe with its existing portfolio company that provides TEM software and services, Asentinel, to create a market leader managing more than $38 billion of IT and telecom spend on behalf of more than 1,300 worldwide customers. The transaction was completed in June 2017 and was named “America Private Equity Deal of the Year ($250 million to $500 million)” at the Americas M&A Atlas Awards, Middle Markets, on October 20, 2017 and “Deal of the Year – Business Services” at the 8th Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards on June 21, 2018.
