Schulte Advises Noventis in Acquisition by WEX

Schulte advised Noventis, an electronic payments network focused on optimizing payment delivery for bills and invoices to commercial entities, as payments regulatory counsel, in its sale to WEX Inc., a leading provider of corporate payments solutions. The transaction will expand WEX’s corporate payments business while also enhancing Noventis’ offerings to its customers. The transaction was announced on Oct. 22, 2018 and is expected to close the first half of 2019.

The Schulte team advising Noventis is led by bank regulatory partner Donald Mosher and includes special counsel Kara Kuchar and associate Adam Barazani.
