Schulte Advises Veritas Capital and Guidehouse in Acquisition of Navigant Consulting

Schulte represented Veritas Capital and Guidehouse in the acquisition of Navigant Consulting Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion. Navigant is a specialized professional services firm with clients primarily in the healthcare, energy and financial services industries. Guidehouse, a Veritas portfolio company, is a leading provider of management consulting and strategic advisory services to government clients. The newly combined company operates under the Guidehouse name and brings together each organization’s strong expertise in both the commercial and public sectors, with a focus on supporting client needs in the healthcare, financial services, energy, national security and aerospace and defense industries. The deal was announced on Aug. 2, 2019 and completed on Oct. 11, 2019.
