Schulte Advises Veritas Capital in Acquisition of DXC Technology’s U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services Business

Schulte represented Veritas Capital in the acquisition of DXC Technology's U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services. In a transaction valued at $5 billion, the merger created Gainwell Technologies. With over 7,500 employees supporting clients in 42 U.S. states and territories, Gainwell is a provider of technology solutions vital to the administration and operations of health and human services programs. Veritas is a leading private investment firm that invests in companies providing critical products and services, primarily technology and technology-enabled solutions, to government and commercial customers worldwide. The deal was announced in March 2020 and closed in October 2020.
