Schulte Advises Veritas Capital in Sale of API Healthcare

Schulte represented Veritas Capital and API Healthcare in the sale of API to symplr. Backed by Clearlake Capital Group LP and SkyKnight Capital, symplr is a leading health care governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”) platform. API is a Wisconsin-based software solutions provider for health care human capital management (“HCM”). The newly combined company brings together two leaders in the healthcare software market and is the healthcare industry's only large-scale provider of GRC and HCM software solutions. The deal was announced on Feb. 20, 2019 and closed on April 2, 2019.
