Schulte Advises Voce Capital Management LLC in Nomination of Four Directors to the Board of Argo Group International Holdings

Schulte is representing Voce Capital Management LLC in connection with its activist campaign to nominate four independent directors to the board of Argo Group International Holdings Ltd. San Francisco-based Voce Capital sent a letter to Argo shareholders detailing how a change in the board will create long-term shareholder value. Argo is a Bermuda-based international underwriter of specialty insurance.

The Schulte team advising Voce Capital was led by partner and co-chair of the firm’s global Shareholder Activism Group Marc Weingarten. The team also included associate Brandon Gold and former Schulte lawyer Aneliya Crawford.
