A Schulte deal received two “Deal of the Year” awards at the 10th Annual International M&A Advisor Awards held in New York on June 18, 2018. Marlin Equity Partners’ sale of OnX Enterprise Solutions to Cincinnati Bell Inc. won “Cross-Border Deal of the Year ($100MM – $250MM)” and “Private Equity Deal of the Year ($100MM – $250MM).” The International M&A Advisor Awards recognize the top international deals, dealmakers and firms in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia.
