Schulte Represents Sports Direct International in Nomination of Four Directors to the Board of Iconix

Schulte is representing Sports Direct International plc, one of the United Kingdom’s largest sports-goods retailers, in its nomination of four directors to the board of Iconix Brand Group Inc., a premier brand management company. Sports Direct, which operates over 750 stores across the United Kingdom, continental Europe and Asia, currently holds 9 percent of Iconix.

The Schulte team representing Sports Direct International includes partner and co-chair of the firm’s global Shareholder Activism Group Marc Weingarten, associates Brandon Gold and David Rothenberg, and former Schulte lawyer Aneliya Crawford.
