Schulte Represents Water Asset Management in Securing Board Seats at Cadiz

Schulte represented Water Asset Management LLC (“WAM”) in securing the addition of two board members of Cadiz Inc. WAM, Cadiz’s largest equity shareholder, is a leader in public-private partnerships in the water industry, managing water-related activities across the western United States and internationally. Cadiz is a publicly held renewable resources company that owns significant water resources in Southern California.
