Schulte Roth & Zabel Announces Addition of Investment Management Lawyer Peter G. Naismith

Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ) announces the addition of Peter G. Naismith as special counsel in the New York office. A member of the firm’s Investment Management Group, Mr. Naismith advises on fund structuring, formation and operations. Prior to joining SRZ, Mr. Naismith served as deputy general counsel of Reservoir Capital Group, a leading investment firm.
“Peter is a trusted private funds lawyer with a great depth of experience,” said Stephanie R. Mr. Naismith focuses his practice on advising private investment funds (including hedge funds and private equity funds) and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, as well as regulatory and compliance issues. He also has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, including a range of complex, high-value public and private transactions.
