Schulte Roth & Zabel Announces Addition of Investment Management Lawyer Daniel Daneshrad

New York, April 1, 2020 — Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ) announces the addition of Daniel Daneshrad as special counsel in the Investment Management Group. He is resident in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Daneshrad joins the firm from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. He was also previously with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
Mr. Daneshrad focuses his practice on advising private investment funds and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, as well as on regulatory and compliance matters. He advises on all aspects of fund formation, including preparation of private placement memoranda and preparation and negotiation of limited partnership agreements, side letters and review of documentation for compliance with SEC regulations.
