Schulte Roth & Zabel Presents Its Annual London Investment Management Hot Topics Seminar

Schulte Roth & Zabel is hosting its annual London Investment Management Hot Topics seminar today in London. Lawyers from the firm's market-leading practice will examine the current state of the industry and address fund, tax and regulatory issues. The event is by invitation only.
Josh Dambacher and Christopher Hilditch, co-heads of SRZ's London office, will provide welcoming remarks, including a market overview and moderate a panel offering "A Market Perspective." The event also features SRZ lawyers Brian T. Daly, Nick Fagge, Anna Maleva-Otto, Jim McNally, Cathy A. Weist and Lee Smith. The speakers represent a broad range of practice areas, including hedge funds, investment management, private equity, regulatory & compliance, shareholder activism and tax.
SRZ will also welcome guest speakers, Brett Carron, co-chief operating officer and general counsel for Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP, Ben Ellenbogen, general counsel for City Financial Investment Company Limited and Jon May, general counsel and head of compliance for Marshall Wace.
Additional seminar topics include: "Taxing Carried Interest — The New Regime;" "Regulatory Outlook;" "Form ADV;" "MAR — Nine Months On;" and "Challenges Terminating Old Funds and Launching New Ones."
