SolAero Technologies Corp. to Acquire Alliance Spacesystems

SRZ is representing Veritas Capital and its portfolio company SolAero Technologies Corp. as deal counsel in SolAero’s agreement to acquire Alliance Spacesystems LLC, a leading provider of high-performance composite structures for spacecraft applications. The transaction, which was announced on April 14, is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015. The combination of SolAero, one of the world’s leading providers of space solar power solutions, with Alliance creates a vertically integrated satellite subsystem provider that will employ approximately 400 people with revenue of over $100 million from commercial and government customers worldwide.
