SRZ Advises Benchmark on CTS Acquisition

SRZ advised Texas-based Benchmark Electronics Inc., a publicly traded integrated product design and manufacturing services provider, on its acquisition of the electronics manufacturing solutions business of CTS Corporation. The approximately $75 million cash deal, which signed and closed Oct. 3, 2013, expands Benchmark’s portfolio of leading customers in nontraditional and highly regulated industrial, aerospace and defense, medical and communications markets. The SRZ team on this transaction included tax partner Dan A. Kusnetz.
