SRZ Advises Signet Capital Management on the Sale of its Fund-of-Funds Business to Morgan Creek

SRZ represented Signet Capital Management, a fixed income investment firm, on the sale of its fund-of-funds business to investment management firm Morgan Creek Capital Management LLC. Under the terms of the deal, which was announced on May 21, 2013, Signet will contribute its business to Morgan Creek's platform. The Signet senior management team will also join the firm where they will continue to work with Signet clients and complement Morgan Creek's fixed income capabilities. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter and is subject to the required regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
