SRZ Advises Veritas and The SI on Purchase of Applied Communication Sciences

SRZ represented Veritas Capital and its portfolio company The SI Organization Inc. in the acquisition of Applied Communication Sciences (ACS) from Telcordia Technologies. Both the SI Organization and ACS are suppliers of leading-edge technologies, cyber security and applied research and advanced engineering solutions to U.S. defense and intelligence agencies. Formerly the research and engineering arm of Telcordia Technologies, ACS was established in January 2012 to mitigate any U.S. government concerns arising from the concurrent acquisition of Telcordia by Swedish-based Ericsson. The transaction was announced on May 15, 2013.
