SRZ Attorneys Author Chapters for the 2013 Edition of Dispute Resolution

SRZ litigation partners Robert M. Abrahams and Robert J. Ward and former SRZ associate Caitlyn Slovacek authored two chapters for the 2013 edition of Dispute Resolution, an annual publication that provides analysis of the legal systems in different countries for corporate counsel, cross-border legal practitioners and business people. In the “New York” chapter, the SRZ attorneys discuss civil procedure, evidence and discovery, arbitration procedure and other topics. In the “United States Federal Law” chapter, the attorneys answer questions on topics such as the structure of the United States federal court system, evidence and case management, appeals and alternative dispute resolution.
