Schulte Attorneys Selected as Winners of 2016 Burton Awards for Distinguished Legal Writing

Partner Taleah E. Jennings and former Schulte lawyer Mark D. Richardson were selected as winners of the 2016 Burton Awards for Distinguished Legal Writing for their article “Options When a Competitor Raids the Company,” published in the  New York Law Journal. The annual awards honor authors selected from article entries submitted by the nation’s most prestigious and largest law firms. This is the fifth time that Schulte lawyers have been honored as Burton Award winners. The awards ceremony will be held at the Library of Congress on May 23 in Washington, D.C.
