SRZ Deal Named “Cross Border M&A Deal of the Year”

SRZ represented Aeroflex Holding Corp. in the acquisition of Shenick Network Systems, a deal that was named the “Cross Border M&A Deal of the Year (Over $25mm - $50mm)” at The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual International M&A Awards. The awards were held on April 28 in New York City and honored the leading deal teams, firms and professionals whose activities set the standard for cross border M&A transactions.
