SRZ Deal Named Financial Services Deal of the Year at M&A Atlas Awards

Cerberus Capital Management LP’s sale of Chrysler Financial to TD Bank Group was named the Financial Services Deal of the Year at the M&A Atlas Awards, held in New York on April 26, 2012. The M&A Atlas Awards were presented by Global M&A Network, which recognizes leaders in the mergers, acquisitions, turnaround and alternative investor communities.
