SRZ Deal Receives North America M&A Deal of the Year Award at Americas M&A Atlas Awards

Canada-based New Flyer Industries Inc.’s acquisition of North American Bus Industries Inc. from Cerberus Capital Management LP was named North America M&A Deal of the Year (Small Mid Markets) at the Americas M&A Atlas Awards, held in New York on Oct. 24, 2013. The Americas M&A Atlas Awards were presented by Global M&A Network, which recognizes leaders in the mergers, acquisitions, turnaround and alternative investor communities.
