SRZ Deal Recognized at 13th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

Marlin Equity Partners’ $891-million acquisition of Tellabs Inc. won the “M&A Deal of the Year (Over $500MM to $1 Billion)” at the 13th annual M&A Advisor Awards on Nov. 17 in New York. The annual awards recognize the world’s leading mergers & acquisitions dealmakers, firms and transactions. The Tellabs deal and four other SRZ deals were nominated for a total of 10 awards.
