SRZ Hosts 4th Annual Private Equity Fund Conference

SRZ, a law firm known for its premier private funds practice, hosts its 4th Annual Private Equity Fund Conference today in New York. The presenters will discuss emerging trends impacting private equity firms and the industry. The panels at this year’s conference will cover the following topics: regulatory and enforcement; life cycle of a fund manager; and fund terms. The event is by invitation only.

SRZ lawyers speaking at the event include Stephanie R. Breslow, Brad L. Caswell, Charles J. Clark, Phyllis A. Schwartz and Joseph A. Smith. Conference participants will also hear from Kevin P. Campbell, managing director and portfolio manager for the private markets group of DuPont Capital Management.

Kevin P. Campbell joined DuPont Capital in 2010 and manages the investment team responsible for partnership selection and portfolio management. Prior to joining DuPont Capital, Mr. Campbell was a partner with Montagu Newhall Associates, Inc., where he was responsible for investments in private equity partnerships, secondary transactions, co-investments, raising capital from prospective investors, and the operations of the business. Prior to joining Montagu Newhall Associates, Mr. Campbell worked as a financial consultant for R.M. Vredenburg & Company, a consulting firm for both public and private institutions, where he specialized in financial management and logistics. Mr. Campbell joined the financial services industry in 2001.
