SRZ Represents GenNx360 Capital Partners in Sale of Minority Stake in syncreon to Centerbridge

SRZ advised GenNx360 Capital Partners LP, the majority shareholder in syncreon Holdings Limited, in the sale of a minority interest in syncreon to Centerbridge Partners LP. Michigan-based syncreon is a global provider of customizable advanced supply chain services operating in more than 20 countries with approximately 12,000 employees. The transaction, announced Sept. 5, 2013, is expected to yield current gains for existing GenNx360 investors while enabling them to retain a significant equity ownership in syncreon. The SRZ team on this deal included investment management partner Phyllis A. Schwartz; and former Schulte lawyers Kirby Chin, Matthew J. Gruenberg and Kurt F. Rosell.
