SRZ Represents Marlin in Sale of Liquent to Parexel

SRZ advised Marlin Equity Partners on the sale of portfolio company Liquent Inc. to Boston-based PAREXEL International Corporation. The transaction closed on Dec. 21, 2012. Pennsylvania-headquartered Liquent provides an integrated platform of software solutions for regulatory submissions and product registration management to a client base that includes more than 200 biopharmaceutical and life sciences companies around the world.
