SRZ Represents PrinceRidge Holdings in Transaction with IFMI

SRZ represented PrinceRidge Holdings LP (“PrinceRidge”), a New York-based financial services firm, in a transaction with Institutional Financial Markets Inc. (“IFMI”) for IFMI to acquire a majority equity interest in PrinceRidge Holdings LP for $45 million in cash and stock. Under the terms of the agreement, IFMI will contribute the equity interests in a subsidiary comprising a substantial part of its capital markets segment to PrinceRidge in exchange for a majority equity interest in PrinceRidge. The transaction closed on April 19.
