SRZ Submits Comment Letter on SEC's Proposed Amendments to Form PF

On Oct. 11, 2022, Schulte Roth & Zabel submitted comments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on the agencies' proposed amendments to Form PF.
The Form PF Proposed Rules would change both the timing and manner of presenting information in the form, as well as drastically increasing the amount of new data and information to be gathered, calculated and reported.
SRZ's letter comments on specific questions asked by the Commissions and makes specific suggestions to streamline the new reporting requirements and provide useful information to the regulators.
SRZ is carefully following the development of new rules affecting private investment fund managers and invites continued dialogue on these matters.
