SRZ Successfully Represents Gresham in Acquisition of Majority Stake by Nuveen

SRZ represented Gresham Investment Management LLC, a leading New York-based investment manager focusing exclusively on commodities, in its sale of a 60 percent stake to Nuveen Investments. The addition of Gresham’s premier, boutique commodities practice to Nuveen’s leading institutional and individual investment services builds on an existing relationship between the two firms.
