TeamHealth Announces Agreement with JANA Partners

Schulte represented JANA Partners LLC in entering into a cooperation agreement with Team Health Holdings Inc. (“TeamHealth”), a leading physician services organization. JANA had previously nominated three persons for election at the company's 2016 annual shareholder's meeting. Under the agreement, TeamHealth appointed two of the nominees, including a partner of JANA, as directors effective immediately and agreed to appoint the third nominee as a third director in 2017.
