Three SRZ Deals Named “Deals of the Year” at 2014 Americas M&A Atlas Awards

Three SRZ deals were named “Deals of the Year” at the 2014 Americas M&A Atlas Awards: Middle Market held in New York on Oct. 30, 2014. The annual awards recognize and honor the leaders in the mergers, acquisitions, turnaround and alternative investor communities. SRZ deals were recognized in the following categories:
Marlin Equity Partners acquisition of Tellabs
- North America Private Equity Deal of the Year │ Large
SI Organization Inc.’s purchase of QinetiQ Group’s U.S. Services Division
- Cross Border Deal of the Year │ Middle Markets
Cerberus Capital Management and Chatham Lodging Trust sale of a majority stake in 47 U.S. hotels to NorthStar Realty Finance Corp.
- Real Estate & Hospitality Deal of the Year
