Three SRZ deals were named “Deals of the Year” at Global M&A Network’s 2015 M&A Atlas Awards: Global Major Markets held on March 31 in New York City. The annual awards recognize and honor the top value-generating and game-changing M&A transactions from around the world. The SRZ deals won in the following categories:
