Three SRZ Deals Named Deals of the Year at ACG New York Champion’s Awards

SRZ was recognized for three Deals of the Year at the 2015 ACG New York Champion’s Awards held in New York City on June 18, 2015. The sale of Capario to Emdeon Inc. won “Deal of the Year - Healthcare,” Aeroflex Holding Corp.’s merger with Cobham plc won “Deal of the Year - Technology,” and the merger of the Safeway grocery store chain won “Deal of the Year - Retail.” The annual awards, presented by The M&A Advisor and the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), recognize the outstanding achievements of participants in the middle market mergers and acquisitions industry in the greater New York area.
