Two Schulte Deals Named Deals of the Year at Americas M&A Atlas Awards

Two Schulte deals were recognized at the annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards gala held in New York on Dec. 6, 2016. Keane Group’s acquisition of Trican Well Service assets was named the “North America Deal of the Year (Large Middle Markets),” and Hooker Furniture’s acquisition of Home Meridian International was named the “USA Deal of the Year (Small Middle Markets).” The Americas M&A Atlas Awards are presented by the Global M&A Network, which recognizes leaders in the mergers, acquisitions, turnaround and alternative investor sectors.
