Two Schulte deals were recognized by the Americas M&A Atlas Awards, Middle Markets. Marlin Equity Partners’ acquisition of Tangoe Inc. won the America Private Equity Deal of the Year ($250 million to $500 million) and Cerberus Capital Management’s sale of YP Holdings won the America Corporate M&A Deal of the Year ($500 million to $750 million).
