Two Schulte Deals Named ‘Deals of the Year’ at 14th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

The acquisition of EMCORE Corporation’s Space Photovoltaics business was named the “Technology Deal of the Year (Over $100 to $250MM)” and the merger of Aeroflex Holding Corp. with Cobham plc was named “Cross-Border Deal of the Year (Over $1B)” and “Corporate and Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $1B)” at the 14h Annual M&A Advisor Awards on Nov. 17 in New York. The annual awards recognize the world’s leading mergers & acquisitions dealmakers, firms and transactions. The EMCORE and Aeroflex deals and three other Schulte deals were nominated for a total of 12 awards.
