Two SRZ Deals were named “Deals of the Year” at the 2014 M&A Atlas Awards: Global Major Markets in New York on June 12, 2014. The Cerberus Capital Management-led investor group acquisition of Albertsons, Acme, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s and related Osco and Sav-on assets from SUPERVALU was named the “Consumer Retail Deal of the Year,” and the Starwood Property Trust and Starwood Capital acquisition of LNR Property from an investor group was named the “Real Estate Deal of the Year.” The annual awards recognize and honor the top value-generating and game-changing M&A transactions from around the world.
