Two SRZ Deals Named “Deals of the Year” at M&A Advisor Awards

Two SRZ deals were named “Deals of the Year” at the 12th Annual M&A Advisor Awards held in New York on Dec. 17, 2013. The restructuring of Elyria Foundry was named the “Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Sector Deal of the Year (Over $100mm)” and the sale of LNR Property to Starwood Property Trust and Starwood Capital Group was named the “Real Estate Sector Deal of the Year.” In addition, a total of six SRZ deals were selected as finalists in 11 other categories. The annual M&A Advisor Awards recognize the world’s leading mergers & acquisitions dealmakers, firms and transactions.
