Two SRZ Deals Named Finalists for M&A Atlas Awards: Global Major Markets

Two SRZ deals received a total of four finalist nominations for the 2014 M&A Atlas Awards: Global Major Markets. The annual awards recognize and honor the top value-generating and game-changing M&A transactions from around the world. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on June 12, 2014 in New York City. The SRZ deals were nominated in the following categories:

Cerberus Capital Management-led investor group acquisition of Albertsons, Acme, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s and related Osco and Sav-on assets from SUPERVALU

• North America M&A Deal of the Year │ 1 - 5 billion USD
• North America Consortium Deal of the Year
• Retail & Services Deal of the Year

Starwood Property Trust and Starwood Capital acquisition of LNR Property from investor group

• Real Estate & Services Devices Deal of the Year
