Two SRZ Deals Recognized by The Deal Pipeline’s Corporate Control Alert Top 10 Deals

Two SRZ deals were recognized in The Deal Pipeline’s Corporate Control Alert April 2014 issue, among the Top 10 Deals for March 1 – 31, 2014. The publication’s monthly listing of the leading mergers and acquisitions transactions included the $9-billion acquisition of the Safeway grocery store chain by Albertsons Companies and an investor group led by Cerberus Capital Management LP, and Energy XXI’s acquisition of EPL Oil & Gas Inc., in which SRZ advised EPL shareholder Carlson Capital LP.
