Veritas Capital Acquires BeyondTrust

SRZ advised Veritas Capital in the $310-million acquisition of IT software company BeyondTrust Software Inc. from Insight Venture Partners. The deal, which closed Sept. 25, added the cybersecurity industry’s only provider of context-aware solutions for privilege and vulnerability management to Veritas’ portfolio. BeyondTrust is responsible for securing the enterprises of customers ranging from eight of the world’s 10 largest banks and eight of its 10 largest aerospace and defense firms to seven of the 10 largest U.S. pharmaceutical companies, as well as universities across the globe.
