Veritas Capital Affiliate Acquires Alion Science and Technology Corporation

SRZ represented Veritas Capital in its affiliate’s acquisition of Alion Science and Technology Corporation, a leading global provider of engineering solutions and services relating to national defense, homeland security and other critical government areas. The transaction was announced on July 23, 2015 and closed on Aug. 21, 2015.
