In a recent Bloomberg CityLab article by Brentin Mock, Schulte Roth & Zabel partner Michael Swartz discussed the ongoing litigation regarding the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.
Explaining the importance of the case, Michael said, “[t]his lawsuit is to return control of Greenwood to its residents and community, and to have them benefit from the funds that are coming in because of the recognition of this historical event.”
