Resolving Post-Acquisition Disputes
August 2014
While acquirers and vendors may be tempted to breathe a sigh of relief once a deal is complete, the truth is that the real work has only just begun. Gussman, Jr. talks to Financier Worldwide Magazine about minimizing risks and resolution methods for post-acquisition disputes.
